Ray had a coach off the field — his mentor and Big Brother Carlos.  That was fortunate when he became frustrated over a new school and a new coach.  Ray quit the football team. His behavior in school started getting him into trouble. Carlos encouraged Ray to give football, and school, another shot. Today, thanks to his Big Brother, Ray is tackling a new and bigger challenge: college, thanks to a full scholarship at the University of Houston!
